Sole Support is the charitable fundraising initiative of Global Footprint Ventures CIC, Company Number 17432453, a Community Interest Company registered in the United Kingdom. A CIC is a limited company established to conduct business for the benefit of the community rather than primarily for private profit. CICs are subject to UK company law and additional statutory requirements, including the Community Interest Test and a compulsory Asset Lock, designed to ensure that the company’s assets and surpluses are used for its stated community purposes. Global Footprint Ventures CIC operates Sole Support to raise and distribute funds supporting disadvantaged and vulnerable children.
